- Conduct decision-making meetings with experienced software engineers (5-15 years of experience) interested in joining our for migration to Germany
- A team will pre-schedule and pre-qualifying leads for you.
- You then deliver top-notch consultancy to candidates ensuring they receive the most effective solution and help them with the decision on joining our program
- You maintain the decision-making pipeline and convert leads into sales
