We seek an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic startup team. As a Social Media Manager, effectively manage our social media accounts and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our social media accounts on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, ensuring consistent and frequent posting of engaging content
• Create high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms, including graphics, photos, videos, and captions Interact with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our internal team and external agencies to coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members and external partners
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying ahead of social media trends
