How youll help us:

As an Order and Logistics specialist:

• Independent order processing using the ERP and WMS system.
• Storage, transport and documentation in line with internal regulation and compliance
• Arrange the delivery for outbound with forwarders.
• Checking, posting of Delivery documents.
• Communicate with the 3PL and Sales for any issue that occurs.
• Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction.

• Appling subject matter expert knowledge to solve common operation issues.
• Continuously searching to improve the existing operational processes + systems used.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Several years’ experience of Order fulfillment and Logistics, degrees in Supply Chain management.
• Experience to work in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
• Knowhow of WMS and ERP, strong knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English, Chinese or other language is a plus.

• Preferred Experience from 3PL and contract logistic. Especially transport of Lithium Batteries.
