How youll help us:

As Warehouse Operation Manager:

• Lead and supervise teams (forklift operators, order pickers, team leaders etc.).
• Establish schedules according to the level of activity of the site and daily hazards, assign work, supervise operations, accompany, train, develop versatility and skills. .
• Handling most situations independently and is guiding by policies, procedures and the business plan, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues.
• Appling subject matter expert knowledge to solve common operation issues.
• Continuously searching to improve the existing operational processes + systems used.

• Ensuring daily updates in the Warehouse Management system of production results, system faults and stock deviations. You provide the necessary reporting to the Site Manager
• Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Several years knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Preferred degrees in Supply Chain management.
• Experience in a functional area routinely applying knowledge of theories, methods, techniques and processes.
• Experience to work in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
• Knowhow of WMS and ERP, strong knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English, Chinese or other language is a plus.
