To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a Senior SCM Manager to ensure an optimal balance between supply and demand for our seasonal products. Your daily business responsibilities are to:
- Own and drive the Sales amp; Operations planning Process with all the stakeholders including weekly presentation to the CEO
- Develop and mitigate several Scenarios to effectively address forecast, production planning and material issues
- Define the required production plan based upon sales channel input, consensus forecast, required inventory coverage and supply lead times
- Manage the relationship with the contract manufacturer to achieve feasibility of the supply plan; this involves securing sufficient capacity and material disposition, including Excess amp; Obsolete management
- Work closely with the contract manufacturing partners, to achieve an optimized CBOM as well as identify opportunities for further cost reductions
- Work closely with Logistics teams in regards to product availability, inventory Management, logistics cost reduction and process improvement..
- Cross-functional interaction and alignment with Ramp;D, Product management, Sales and Customer experience teams.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to align on reporting and budget adherence
- Participate and/or lead projects and initiatives within the Supply chain organization: Supply Chain Network Design, ERP integration, Samp;OP process automation..
- Follow up on relevant SCM Key performance indicators and appropriate action plan execution
Requirements
- +5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience working with ERP Systems, Netsuite is a plus.
- Experience in demand forecasting, planning and related appropriate tools
- Experience in SIOP (Demand planning, Supply planning, Inventory and Operations Planning), ideally within the consumer electronics or other mass production electronics industry
- Experience with NPI Planning (Phase In, Ramp up, Ramp down, Phase Out)
- Strong skills in Excel/Google sheet and analytical abilities to interpret data
- Project management experience
- Good English written and verbal (B2 level)
