To strengthen our tado Marketing team we are looking for a Web Content Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position you will take responsibility for the content on the tado.com website and webshop with the goal of creating the best possible experience for users.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the creation of new pages and the maintenance of existing pages within our content management system
- Quality assurance as well as constant improvement of the localized website experience in different markets and languages in alignment with internal amp; external natives.
- Working hand in hand with our copywriters for all website content
- You proactively bring in your own ideas and thoughts to improve our website content together with our Website UI/UX Designer
- Supporting our CRO Specialist to create an ideal user experience and successful user journeys
- Project management and close collaboration with different stakeholders such as the Product Development Organization, the Customer Experience Team and the Sales Team to create new pages from scratch, e.g. for new products or services.
Requirements
Must Haves
- At least 2 years of experience in working with a website content management system
- Excellent communication skills amp; strong attention to detail, while working well independently and in a structured way
- You have a hands-on mentality, you are result focused and prioritize your work accordingly
- Questioning the status quo and bringing in new ideas to improve our website content as well as internal processes is something you are not afraid of
- Test amp; learn is your favorite approach to everything
- You are fluent in English
- Background in Business Administration, Communication Science, Marketing or a comparable field of studies
Big Plus
- You are either a Dutch or a (British) English native speaker
- You have a very good feeling for language, good writing skills and experience in creating (website) copy yourself
- Experience with Shopify, Headless CMS, HTML / CSS
