Recruitment Administrator
- Manchester or Leeds Based (Mostly Home Working)
Great opportunity to join a busy, successful, and established in-house recruitment team. As a Recruitment Administrator you will work closely with the Recruitment team to understand their business needs and provide proactive admin & resourcing support.
Varied role to include:
• Raising requisitions on the system
• Liaising with our Advertising partner to advertise roles
• Sourcing candidates
• Reviewing applications and sending CV's to Hiring Managers for review
• Arranging Interviews
• Targeted LinkedIn searches
• Raising & sending agency T&Cs
• Sourcing and setting up new agencies
• Keeping the ATS up to date
