How youll help us:

As a EMEA Warehouse Manager:

• Responsible for the establishment, implementation, cost optimization and service innovation of EMEA warehouse operation to ensure the safety, quality, efficiency, and cost in line with company objectives.
• According to the company's EMEA sales strategy, carry out the whole process of warehousing service, inbound, storage, outbound, logistic; be responsible for the implementation results.
• Responsible for warehouse labor hour management, provide data analysis for warehouse cost optimization; Continuously optimize and improve the warehousing cost model and improve the delivery accuracy.
• Coordinate internal resources and work closely with commercial and order management team to provide stable, efficient, and accurate service.
• Work with internal team and HQ related department to provide support to sales function.
• Provide proper report to supervisor/sales team.
• Regular inspection and assessment of EMEA warehouse, manage the warehouse and logistic service timeliness.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, logistic, warehouse, or similar disciplines.
• Business fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the warehouse management, logistic, and international trade mode.
• More than 5 years experience in warehouse management and logistic.
• 3+years’experience in effectively managing a team.
• Proficient in using multimeter, DC/AC power supply, load and other hardware verification tools
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage.
