As a Freelance HEOR Lead within this company, you will work closely with cross-functional teams whilst acting as a Subject Matter expert for the CEO and Therapeutic Area Head.
1FTE - 6-month Contract - Europe - Remote or Hybrid in Munich Office
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the HEOR strategy for the company's oncology products
- Design and conduct health economics and outcomes research studies
- Develop economic models and cost-effectiveness analyses for market access purposes
- Provide strategic input to support pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Prepare and present HEOR data and findings to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Stay current with the latest developments and trends in HEOR and market access in the oncology field
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HEOR within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of health economic principles, methodologies, and techniques
- Experience in conducting health economic modeling and analysis
- Understanding of market access requirements and processes in the European oncology market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across different teams
- Fluency in English required
