As a Freelance HEOR Lead within this company, you will work closely with cross-functional teams whilst acting as a Subject Matter expert for the CEO and Therapeutic Area Head.

1FTE - 6-month Contract - Europe - Remote or Hybrid in Munich Office

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the HEOR strategy for the company's oncology products
• Design and conduct health economics and outcomes research studies
• Develop economic models and cost-effectiveness analyses for market access purposes
• Provide strategic input to support pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
• Prepare and present HEOR data and findings to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Stay current with the latest developments and trends in HEOR and market access in the oncology field

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HEOR within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of health economic principles, methodologies, and techniques
• Experience in conducting health economic modeling and analysis
• Understanding of market access requirements and processes in the European oncology market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across different teams
• Fluency in English required
