We are looking for a German Social Media Manager to join our multinational team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing all incoming community interactions on different social media platforms and communicating directly with players.
- Responding to comments and player queries in a timely manner.
- Creating engaging content for social media.
- Supporting and setting up sponsored social media posts and campaigns
- Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community.
- Moderating discussions and comments following set community guidelines.
- Proactively suggest new ways to grow and care for your community.
- Creating and updating corresponding documentation and reports as needed.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 2+ years as Community Manager/Social Media in gaming with knowledge of Social Media best practices.
- Native level of German
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Passionate about video games and social media.
- Desirable
- Strong understanding and experience in different social media channels: Discord, Twitter and Facebook will be a plus.
- Availability to start immediately.
