As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Automotive Technical Trainer to join our Customer Operations team based in our German office.

The role

The Automotive Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to customers in the automotive industry using our specialised SaaS solutions. The main point of contact will be automotive dealers and automotive manufacturers across the country, with strong liaison with the Dealer network.

The Automotive Technical Trainer will:

• Conduct training sessions to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates.
• Deliver training programs focused on developing soft skills relevant to the automotive industry.
• Share insights into industry best practices, enhancing customers' knowledge for effective use of our solutions.
• Liaise with Content Editors to adjust training content when needed, improve processes.
• Collecting feedback from customers and tweaking training strategies accordingly
• Reporting model building
• Perform Data Analysis reports to evaluate customers achievements in applying provided insights
• Participate to internal meetings to receive product updates as well as internal alignment meetings with the team

Requirements

Our ideal Automotive Technical Trainer will have previous experience working within a Dealership environment (alternatively Saas environment) providing training sessions.

As well as:

• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and knowledge of the dealer network
• Familiarity with digital Saas solutions
• Native German skills, as well as fluent English skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proactiveness and a go getter attitude

Work pattern and location

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Field based role (travel required around Germany to visit customers)
• Office based in Frankfurt
