Role description
We are focused on creating a state-of-the-art, real-time, soft-body physics engine and making it widely available for entertainment and simulation purposes. Our most widely known product is our game BeamNG.drive, which is now available on Steam in Early Access.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our company.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain records of business activities, including files, reports, customer and supplier data
- Assist with the onboarding and management of external relationships and contracts
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Prior experience in operations, administrative or executive support role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, business processes, and operations preferred
