Vasion is looking for a Product Support Engineer - Tier IV (EMEA) that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. This is a dual role. As a Product Support Engineer - Tier IV, you'll play a critical role on our Product Support and Engineering teams and will be responsible for working with cross functional technical teams. The ideal candidate will be strongly motivated by working as an escalation point to resolve product related technical issues, in addition to code based engineering assignments. Ideally you would be located near our support team in Wiesbaden, Germany or in the UK.
