• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat of your choice, using predefined scripts.
• Redirect customers to appropriate departments for specialized assistance.
• Recommend optimal solutions based on established guidelines.
• Assist in resolving basic technical issues and common queries.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members for effective issue resolution.
• Provide support in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow company protocols and contribute to a positive customer experience.
