As the Community Specialist (m/f/d) for tado, you’ll be the advocate of a brand that helps half a million Europeans reduce their energy usage and the voice of all our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with different strategies for keeping the community active by communication, empathy, problem solving, creativity, and flexibility.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Own and develop the community management growth and engagement strategy
  • Moderate the tado community forum and promote peer to peer help between customers
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan and create relevant and engaging content to activate the community and to gather customers’ feedback
  • Reviewing and replying to comments left on public review sites by our customers
  • Track the performance of community content, monitoring engagement levels, views and other key metrics using Google Analytics 4
  • Social listening monitor what’s being said about the company to mitigate the risks of any crisis event

Requirements

Must haves

  • Tertiary qualification or 2 years+ experience as community specialist in a technical field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have a strong background in Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex technical information
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
  • Be a natural communicator and be full of fresh and new ideas

Big Plus

  • Fluent in written German
  • Technical Knowledge about heating systems
  • Experience as moderator with Higher Logic Vanilla or other community forum tools
  • Experience with proactive customer communication and direct customer mailing
