Working Hours: 16-20 hours per week
Role and Responsibilities: As a valued member of our finance team, you will:
- Collaborate with finance teams across regional, global, and international office locations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
- Assist in finance operation tasks and projects
- Review, process, and manage invoices for our commercial entity
- Support the commercial team in the purchasing process
- Tackle various ad-hoc requirements from the commercial business
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Affinity for accounting and a strong grasp of numbers with excellent analytical skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong hands-on mentality, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, a high level of commitment, and a curious mindset
- Strong written and spoken English and German skills
