We at n8n are building the most powerful, flexible, and Source Code Available workflow automation platform for technical people out there. We were founded end of 2019 and currently:

As we grew our revenue 5x last year and have more community users and enterprise customers than ever we are now looking for a Support Engineering Lead to continue to make sure that all of our users have a best in class support experience .

You will get a chance to set your own standard for delighting our customers and develop a deep knowledge of the low code landscape while building up a team and setting up the strategy. While this is a lead role, about 60-70% of the work will be hands-on support solving both our community, and our paying customers.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a small technical support or engineering team.
  • Passion for automation and a track record of implementing efficient processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Javascript amp; Docker experience (k8s experience is a bonus)
  • You're curious, have a growth mindset and you love learning new stuff (super important)
  • You're humble, kind, and are open to feedback (super duper important)
