Health and Safety Administrator

We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 7 different European Countries, equating to over 430MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced a Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. This position will be based on site in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HSE Manager to help ensure Hamp;S management systems are implemented and maintained across the various sites
• Maintain the Company Health amp; Safety Training Matrix
• Regularly review and assist the update Company risk assessments, Safe Operating procedures and Safety Statement
• Ensure Health amp; Safety Statistics are recorded and logged on the relevant systems
• Assist with tender Health amp; Safety documentation
• Assist the HSE Manager and Director with promoting continuous improvement culture in relation to all health, safety, and environmental work practices.
• Manage site Health amp; Safety systems when required to cover annual leave, sick leave etc
• Assist in developing PSCS Health amp; Safety plans
• Behavioral Safety cards analysis amp; reporting
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, document results and follow up on any corrective actions

Requirements

• Relevant third level Certification qualification in Environmental, Health amp; Safety, Health amp; Safety NEBOSH certification level qualification
• Experience of working on large construction sites
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation
• Experience in dealing with Documentation
• Experience in working with General Contractors
• Flexibility in working patterns where necessary
• Good communication Skills
