We are an international ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) innovation team operating in Europe, comprising 25 colleagues. SAP Fioneer ESG Solutions offers financial institutions a comprehensive solution to address their end-to-end ESG challenges across all departments. This cloud-native product revolves around an ESG Data Orchestration and KPI Engine, which transforms ESG data into actionable insights by integrating both internal and external ESG-related data sources to calculate key performance indicators in line with leading industry frameworks. The applications of this platform extend from regulatory compliance and managing physical risks to steering towards net-zero goals and exploring business opportunities like transition financing. Collaborating with stakeholders in the financial industry, we develop applications that empower them to extract tangible business value from ESG, going beyond mere reporting.
Role Description
Are you studying business administration, commerce, technology, engineering, or natural sciences? We are actively seeking a proactive and driven Working Student with a passion for sustainability to join our expanding team of experts in software, ESG, and Financial Services. If you have a knack for project management, strong MS Office skills, and a passion for making an impact, this role might be for you.
This position can be based in our Munich or Berlin offices or remote from any location in Germany, Austria, or the UK, with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
Requirements
- Study: Business administration, commerce, technology, engineering, or nature sciences. You need to be currently enrolled.
- Skills: You have first experience in project management, for example through an internship and you have excellent MS Office skills.
- Administrative Assistance: Taking on administrative tasks such as managing documents or preparing presentations.
- Data Analysis and Processing: Collecting, analyzing, and processing data for reports and presentations.
- Research and Report Writing: Conducting research on various topics and creating reports or summaries based on the finding.
- Collaborative, independent amp; responsible work: Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment while having the autonomy to drive outcomes independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for ESG or rapid comprehension of complex topics: Demonstrated enthusiasm for ESG or the capability to swiftly grasp and navigate intricate subjects.
- Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10%
