SAP Fioneer ESG Solutions offers financial institutions a comprehensive solution to tackle their end-to-end ESG challenges across all departments. This cloud-native product centers around an ESG Data Orchestration and KPI Engine, transforming ESG data into actionable insights by integrating both internal and external ESG-related data sources. This enables the calculation of key performance indicators in line with leading industry frameworks. The applications of this platform extend from regulatory compliance and managing physical risks to steering towards net-zero goals and exploring business opportunities such as transition financing. Through collaboration with stakeholders in the financial industry, we develop applications that empower them to extract tangible business value from ESG, going beyond mere reporting.

Role Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals specializing in software, ESG, and Financial Services. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic settings, embraces accountability, and values collective achievements, showcasing a blend of strong collaborative skills and individual initiative. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in building and nurturing enduring client relationships, ensuring they derive continuous value from our solutions.

In this multifaceted role, you will be the linchpin in our customer journey, starting from implementation to routine usage and feedback integration. Your responsibilities include conducting educational workshops, guiding clients through effective solution implementation, and acting as a vital link for customer feedback to our product team. You will also be deeply involved in new use case development and enhancement processes, working closely with product managers to translate customer needs into tangible features.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles preferred, though promising candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • A keen interest in ESG, with the aptitude to quickly understand complex concepts in software, ESG, and Financial Services.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, ensuring a systematic approach to customer success.
  • A collaborative spirit, coupled with the ability to independently drive positive customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language skills are a bonus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, environmental science, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
