This is an excellent opportunity for a well-networked and proven seller to join a small European sales team. The right person for this role will be someone with several years’ of experience selling marketing solutions successfully into the German retail e-commerce market as an individual contributor.
Reporting to the VP, EU Business Development, you will be a positive, hungry, and results-driven salesperson, owning the German territory. You will possess an exceptional ability to build and maintain successful partnerships with our clients, partners and agencies to convert key opportunities into revenue.
The purpose is to build a network of contacts across retailer marketing teams directly as well as with marketing agencies to secure new advertising contracts for Connexity’s Performance Marketing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a net new business revenue target, and has the remit and opportunity to shape their role and contributions in Germany. On a daily basis, the BDM has three primary responsibilities.
1. Build and manage a pipeline of ideal customers in Salesforce
2. Pitching and winning new business contracts
3. Working with internal teams to get campaigns activated and generating revenue.
