Job Description: Data Centre Installer

This Role
We are recruiting for a highly organised Administrator for our Technical Services department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
Role Requirements amp; Responsibilities
· Providing administrative support to the Manager amp; Team.
· Co-ordinate schedules for team meetings. Attend meetings and minute taking.
· Book travel arrangements.
· Liaise with Executive and Administrative Assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior manager.
· Create and update records and databases including team projects and service requests.
· Liaise with Senior technical manager and clients to ensure timely service response.
· Focus on managing technical service requests.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documents required by the team.
· Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required
· Fluent English and German both spoken amp; written
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.
The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:
· Proven experience as an office administrator, ideally for 4+ years in an office assistant or relevant role
· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once
· Minute taking
· Proficient with MS Office skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.
· Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment
· ISO9001:2015 or other quality management approaches
· Project Management
