Join us as our HR Manager, where you'll lead a small team dedicated to our people-centred culture. With strong language skills in English and German, you'll drive initiatives, streamline processes for managers, and push boundaries in employee engagement. Your role is critical in fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace culture through wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities as HR Manager are:
- HR consulting: Provide HR support and advice to managers across Europe on legal, compliance, compensation and benefits issues
- Employee relations: Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including handling challenging situations and disciplinary actions, and coaching line managers on best practices
- HR operations and administration: Oversee HR operations and administration, such as payroll, contracts, database, files, absence, metrics, handbooks and policies for multiple locations
- People culture: Promote our people culture and organize various employee engagement activities, such as community days, team building events, etc
- People management: Collaborate with team members to manage tasks, focusing on processes and supporting the effectiveness of our small team
- Performance management and reward cycle: Collaborate with the functional HR Business Partners on the annual performance management and reward cycle, collaborating with line managers to foster employee retention and development, and identifying training needs
- Talent acquisition: support the Talent Acquisition team and complete and support recruitment processes as needed
- HR Projects: Participate in and manage local and global HR projects, based on local needs or global initiatives
As HR Manager, you will need the following experience and skills:
- Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- You have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and fast-evolving and global environment
- You can demonstrate a self-starter attitude, with proven experience in a similar position and working with remote teams
- Ideally come with international experience in matrix-structured companies is preferred
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with high confidentiality
- You have confidence to communicate at all levels and across different regions, in- and outside the organisation
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
