Do you have experience working at a fast pace and have an excellent eye for detail? We may have the perfect opportunity for you as we are currently looking for a highly organised Warehouse Operative to focus on our B2B clients.
Huboo are a technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace. We are rapidly growing and need excellent people to join our growing business working in our online retail support team! Key responsibilities for a B2B Warehouse Operative:
- Making sure that tasks relating to business to business orders are completed to the required standards amp; timescales
- Be our point of contact for our clients who have requested business to business orders by providing updates amp; timescales as required
- Work with our deep storage amp; Order Pickers to ensure the correct quantities/batches of stock are available within the right location to ensure you can prepare the requested business to business orders
- Provide quotations for completing business to business orders as required
- Read amp; action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements
- Planning of work
- Ensuring all process is adhered to and paperwork completed
- Communication between sites and departments
Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you can think on your own, are organized, and willing to take on some extra responsibility. We would also like to hear from you if you have:
- A hands on nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to pick up systems quickly and efficiently
- High levels of attention to detail - Have the ability to read amp; action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements
