Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and onboard new customers by using digital channels
- Own the complex sales cycle with our largest merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals
- Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing professional tools
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients turning them into our ambassadors
- Support clients to identify, navigate or systemic complexities to drive the adoption of payment technology
- Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved budget
- Participate actively in developing our activities and strategies
- Become an expert in selling Viva.com's world class financial solutions
- Provide expertise, feedback, analysis and after-sales support where necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in B2B in selling complex solutions ideally within the payments sector
- A proven track record of delivering high value sales amp; love networking
- Outstanding knowledge of enterprises/ key accounts market
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- A good understanding of the UX and the payment gateway
- An experience of payment on Point of Sales Terminals would be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- High levels of energy, analytical with a commercially driven
- Excellent use of the German and English languages
