Performance Specialists in our Scientific Recruitment team are engaged on a fixed term, part-time basis. Our digital recruiting products offer hiring managers the opportunity to advertise jobs to specific scientists based on location, research area, and skill, and scientists can find jobs that fit their interests and research profiles.Working alongside our Product and Sales teams, you will contribute towards the content and quality management of the ResearchGate platform and gain a valuable insight into our community’s activity and needs. Tasks will include posting, editing and adjusting the targeting of recruitment advertising posts to ensure their efficacy, managing ongoing performance across the course of a campaign, and compiling data for product changes and improvements.By making ResearchGate’s social and research data the best and most accurate of its kind, you and the team will make an impact on 25+ million scientists around the world.Requirements:
- Experience working or studying in a scientific field (a life science background would be particularly advantageous)
- Ideally some experience or strong skills in evaluating, writing and editing (scientific) content
- An exceptional eye for detail and an enjoyment of problem-solving, with an intrinsic drive for high quality standards and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with high levels of self-motivation and self-direction
- A talent for absorbing new information readily and effectively putting it into practice
- Competent computer skills
- Legally able to work in Germany amp; holding a student status
