As part of the tado marketing department, you will be joining a talented group of performance marketing, digital marketing and CRM teams that ensure we successfully grow tado through data-driven marketing activities.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering weekly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
  • Ability to organise marketing data end-to-end, performing quality checks on tracking and ensuring the data is stored and protected in appropriate marketing data tools
  • Analysing online user behaviour for our websites, performance marketing campaigns and CRM campaigns in terms of conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Implementing data tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager and UTMs
  • Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs based on analysis
  • Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing usable insights based on available analytics data
  • Identifying opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedures
  • Working daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and more
  • Maintaining data privacy standards
  • Aligning regularly with data teams across the organisation to ensure high quality data standards
  • Acting as a hub for data results communication, data problem-solving, data collaboration and managing data analysis expectations of our internal teams including Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Content, Sales, Product Management, Website, Customer Experience, IT and Data Science

Requirements

Must haves

  • Minimum 3+ years full-time working experience as a Marketing Analyst or Data Specialist or similar role
  • Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Hands-on mentality, you are result focused and prioritise work accordingly
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Funnel IO (or similar) and/or Channelsight
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Experience with Display, PPC and CRM campaigns
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Fluent in English
