The role of Business Development Director is to grow the business across the region, taking charge of building relationships and business opportunities with key customers, mostly international mobile operators with strong foothold in the European market. This position is key to our organization and gives the opportunity to sit in the driving seat of our business growth, making a tremendous impact on the overall trajectory of Mondia in this region.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally dynamic and driven individual with an extensive and autonomous approach to business development. They would also be focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment and mobile payment industries would be at a distinct advantage.
Other qualifications include:
Proven track record of Business Development experience, ideally within a Digital Content/Technology, Information Service Provider or Mobile Digital Entertainment/Payments organization
Excellent network of contacts within the Telecom Operator landscape across Europe especially Germany, France, Spain and the UK
Background in digital technologies, Video, Games, payments or programmatic platforms would be additional benefit
Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling and ability to influence and articulate a value proposition based on client understanding of the business
A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of revenue forecasting and managing Pamp;L reporting
Fluent in English and German in oral and written form, other languages would be advantageous
Ability to travel regionally and internationally
