The Opportunity as a Sales amp; Partnership Manager:

Your responsibilities as a Sales amp; Partnership Manager:

  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy tailored to the German market
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, such as real estate agencies, property developers, and relocation companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop and foster strategic partnerships with third-party service providers to enhance our value proposition and offer comprehensive solutions to our B2B clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Germany and the UK to ensure a seamless integration of B2B sales into the existing B2C-focused operations
  • Customise sales presentations and proposals to address the unique needs and challenges of clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • Provide regular reports and updates on B2B sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the B2B audience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes that may impact the sales landscape
  • Act as a liaison between the German and UK teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Continuously assess and optimise the B2B sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish the business as a leader in tech logistics
  • Collaborate with the global management team to align strategies and contribute to the overall success of the company

To be successful in this position as a Sales amp; Partnership Manager we are looking for the following attributes and experience:

  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics industry or something similar
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to thrive in a newly established role, contributing to the development of strategies and processes
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements with partners
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct market research and analyse data to inform sales strategies
  • Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in Germany and across the EU
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets
