Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Mercedes UK, Hyundai UK and other innovative brands.

Your role

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales teams and office management to run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, customer service, and project management. Work closely with all team-members of the growing German team and reporting into the German country lead.

Requirements

What we need from you:

• Taking ownership for smaller and larger projects in the process of development of the German Ohme-team and operations

• Work with office management to ensure smooth operations.

• Research market-insights, data etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

• Analyze sales data and provide insights to the management team.

• support sales teams to achieve sales targets.

• Taking on leading projects, e.g. fair-participation, customer-events

Qualifications:

• Commercial vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or project management.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good German and English language skills (B2+)

• Very good MS office skills
