Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Working Student Sales Support (m/f/x) to join our Sales Support team.
What the Sales Support Specialist will do at Speexx
- Support in the tender and offer process
- CRM maintenance and reporting in various areas
- Daily support of the sales team in administrative tasks
- Consultation of interested parties to promote further professional education through the Employment Agency Support in project billing
- Office management support
- Customer support
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a full-time business administration degree program or a comparable course of study at a university
- First internships in the relevant field, ideally in a medium-sized, international software company
- Detail- and service-oriented way of working
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- High self-motivation and willingness to learn something new
- Team player and communication skills
- A high affinity for topics in e-learning, talent management, and foreign languages
- Negotiation skills in German and English
