Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical questions based on product information
- Handle and document product complaints in accordance with established procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Affairs team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Utilize e-systems for data management and documentation purposes
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Learn quickly and adapt to new processes and information
- Work on various tasks within Quality Affairs to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of the overall quality management process
- Support with ongoing commercial projects and administration
Requirements
- Structured, ambitious, and proactive individual with good administrative skills
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data management is a plus
- Comfortable working in different e-systems
- Availability to work a few hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods
- Willingness to work on-site at our central Düsseldorf office and remotely as needed
