  • Drive innovation in agtech by exploring new technologies and applying them to solve complex problems in sustainable agriculture.
  • Work closely with the software team to integrate hardware systems with our AI-driven platforms.
  • Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production and deployment.
  • Ensure reliability and durability of mechanical and electronic systems in agricultural environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on electronics design and implementation.
  • Proven experience with camera systems, environmental sensors, and battery management.
  • Proficient in PCB design and prototyping, with a portfolio of projects to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience working with external contractors for electronics manufacturing.
  • Ideally good skills in CAD, capable of designing mechanical components.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Benefits

  • Join a passionate team in a rapidly growing startup with a mission to revolutionize agriculture.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of AI, robotics, and plant science.
  • A culture that values personal growth, offering ample opportunities for career development.
  • Competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment.
