- Translate Freeletics content from English to Japanese mainly the website and our mobile Apps
- Master a volume of approximately 200 - 1,000 words per month
- Revise and proofread texts translated by other freelance translators (English to Japanese)
- Perform terminological research to ensure cultural equivalence between the source and target texts
- Ensure that the style of the translated content meets the original tone, brings the intended message across and uses language that reflects the spoken Japanese language and the target audience
- Check the translation / revision content in-context (screenshots / QA links)
Your Profile
- At least 2 years proven experience as translator / revisor
- Japanese at native level with excellent communication skills
- Experience in translation of legal content is a plus
- Creative, with enthusiasm for the sport and fitness, health, motivation, nutrition industry
- A reliable, accurate and dependable team player who meets deadlines
