About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

Our Consulting team is currently looking for a motivated Ecommerce Consultant Webshop Focus (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position can be occupied in full- or part-time (70%) and is located in Hamburg.

• You take full responsibility for your clients' projects and become their main point of contact, specializing in webshop/Shopify projects to ensure successful outcomes
• You provide expert advice on all eccommerce matters to clients, serving as their primary consultant, and develop and implement strategies to support their growth
• You ensure that cross-functional measures (SEO, product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, analytics) are optimally set up and successfully managed to drive project success
• You support your colleagues in important projects with your expertise in webshops, sharing knowledge with both them and clients
• You continuously develop our consulting and service portfolio, taking into account new market and technology trends to deliver real value to our clients

Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and expertise in handling webshops (preferably Shopify)
• You have acquired knowledge preferably in an agency or consultancy setting
• You demonstrate a strong interest in trends and developments in the digital business, especially in the D2C sector
• You take ownership of your projects, demonstrate commitment, and act with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• You show strong self-initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• You be a self-motivated individual who enjoys continuous learning and expanding your expertise
• You have a high level of analytical thinking and conceptual strength
• You are highly quality and solution-oriented
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
