Our software engineers are working on a variety of projects ranging from big data systems to dedicated merchant integrations. We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Requirements

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions
• Maintaining accounts payables and accounts receivables
• Record supplier invoices, payment run
• Record expense reports and credit-card statements
• Asset accounting, prepare and maintain financial statements that accurately reflects the value and status of assets
• Support bank statements, reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
• VAT reports and reconciliations
• Account reconciliations
• Active support for the month-end closing process and reporting
• Update and maintain planning amp; reporting master data in SAP
• Support Projects

What you should bring:

• Education in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong German skills, preferably also very good English
