Dreamix is now looking to establish a local presence in Germany, by hiring a key person in sales and new business development. The role of Senior Sales Executive will encompass leading sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals in our key industries - Aviation, Transportation, Fintech, Healthcare and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities within the German market
  • Generate and qualify leads existing network
  • Building new relationships and partnerships
  • Develop compelling proposals and win new contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales support and alignment
  • Help develop new offerings in fast developing areas such as AI

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with a preference for software product development services
  • Strong network of connections in enterprises and/or software product companies
  • Ability to independently generate leads and effectively close deals
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes
  • Exposure to the aviation industry is a great advantage
  • Experience in industries such as transportation, fintech amp; regtech, healthcare/pharma, and manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
  • Understanding the needs and pain points of customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
