Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales Support team. This person will collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Key Account Managers, and Sales Operations to optimize our sales processes and ensure seamless customer touchpoints at Speexx. What the Sales Support Specialist will do at Speexx
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating a sales support strategy focused on improving our customer lifecycle, using tools and processes with advanced automation capabilities.
- Client Contracts: Streamline the client contract process, from initial pitch to completion, final signing, and archiving.
- Project Management: Work with internal and external partners to optimize processes and infrastructure within sales support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in creating and maintaining reports for the Sales Support department and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sales Documentation Management: : Facilitate the creation of sales support materials with other departments, assist in the translation of these assets and manage them on our file depository (Sharepoint)

- Team Player: Reliable and growth-oriented team member.
- Location: Living in Munich or nearby areas is highly advantageous.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German is required. Proficiency in any other language is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Sales Support: Familiarity with sales support principles and process development.
- Project Management Skills: Capable of multitasking and effective delegation.
- Detail Oriented: Meticulous and thorough in tasks.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Keen Interest in Sales: Curiosity about sales strategies and emerging trends.
