Job Description

Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for a Sales Operations professional to join us and drive our success in steering global B2B sales. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for sales strategy and operations initiatives to provide data-driven analysis and recommendations on how to grow revenue and achieve strategic business objectives. This critical role requires strong collaboration across teams, a strategic and analytical mind, and a hands-on attitude. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales operations.

What you will do:
  • Act as a main and independent point of contact for revenue strategy and planning topics
  • Drive territory analysis and book of business allocations for the sales team
  • Conduct regular pricing analysis and propose simplification and improvement
  • Regularly review and monitor the sales funnel
  • Analyze target achievement and sales compensation model to ensure high performance, fairness, and alignment with the company's business goals and strategy
  • Collaborate with peers on process and system improvements
  • Regularly share analysis, best practices, and action plans with the sales team and other stakeholders
What you will bring:
  • 4-6 years experience in Sales Strategy amp; Operations, Consulting, Finance or similar areas
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively drive and manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex processes
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • A customer-focused mindset with a relentless effort to build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while quickly changing gears
