Job Description

Customer Support Agent

Location: Bremen (remote-friendly)

We are looking for a motivated and crypto-curious Customer Support Agent to join our growing remote team at FinchPay a European crypto payment platform bridging fiat and Web3.

As part of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for users and clients who need help with buying, selling, or sending crypto. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide users through wallet usage, KYC verification, and platform navigation.

Requirements & Skills

  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals (wallets, exchanges, basic transactions)
  • Experience using major crypto platforms such as Binance, Kraken, or Coinbase
  • Familiarity with crypto wallets (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet) and how they function
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms to non-technical users
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible and organized with good time management
  • Comfortable using remote support tools (email, chat, ticket systems)
  • Ability to follow KYC/AML procedures accurately and respectfully
