Your Role:
We’re looking for software developers who want to take their first step into sales and business development. If you’re passionate about tech, enjoy connecting with people, and want to help global talent succeed—this is the perfect opportunity.
No sales experience? Don’t worry. We’ll guide you through.
Your Responsibilities
Startup Sales: You’ll do cold-calling, sales calls and develop other creative ways to start the conversation with EU – based employers: StartUps & mid-sized companies to excite them about our global talent pool of 72.000 software engineers
Expand your network: You’ll actively approach the most exciting players in the startup world and build valuable connections with decision-makers.
Build strong business connections: Convince employers to work with Talents2Germany.
CRM management: Keep detailed records of outreach, meetings, and conversions in our CRM.
Requirements & Skills
What you bring with you:
Technical background: Experience in software development or technical education.
Ambition: You want more than just gain experience – you want to make a difference.
Communication skills: You enjoy inspiring people and building trust.
Creativity: You think outside the box and find new approaches to networking and shaping sales.
Startup mindset: You’re passionate about becoming part of the startup scene.
Languages: Strong English skills required. German or another European language (e.g., Danish) is a plus.
