As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.

Your RolePrepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet.

Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.

Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.

Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Your Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).

Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.

Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.

Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Fluency in English or German
