Role overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support full-cycle recruitment efforts within the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination to help deliver quality hires for clients.

Location & work mode

Remote (from EMEA). Candidate located in Germany (Berlin) preferred.

Employment type & shift

Full-Time, Freelance; Morning shift.

Compensation

1500 - 2500 EUR (range provided).

What we’re looking for

  • Must-have: Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
  • Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
  • Language: Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Work style: Comfortable in goal-oriented, agile environments; able to handle changing priorities; team-oriented with a growth mindset.
