The Care Giver will collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. This is a fulltime, onsite position on the morning shift. Salary range: 3000 - 7000 EUR monthly.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, and feeding.
- Support medication routines and follow care plans; escalate health concerns to appropriate professionals.
- Monitor, record and report clients' health and wellbeing.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean environment and follow health & safety regulations.
- Engage clients in activities and routines to support wellbeing and social participation.
- Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum experience: At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Education/certification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant caregiving or healthcare certifications preferred.
- Core skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathy, patience and compassion; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Practical skills: Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations; ability to manage emergencies and problemsolve; basic medication support and documentation skills.
