About the position

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our growing HR team at our headquarters in Berlin. This is a key role for our company to drive employee engagement and support the personal and professional development of our employees. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our engagement strategy, and for optimizing our people development and performance management processes. You will have a direct impact partnering with our management and team leads on various people topics. You have an broad HR background and want to focus on employee engagement and performance in your next career move.


Responsibilities

  • Globally implement and launch a people amp; culture platform by defining and rolling out engagement and performance processes
  • Conduct and analyze engagement survey results. Support team leads to create action plans based on learnings of engagement surveys
  • Further define people development and performance management processes
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization through analysis, surveys and regular conversations. Design, deliver and evaluate training programs by delivering various solutions (in-house and/or with external partners).
  • Partner and build relationships with team leads and act as a business partner
  • Initiate and drive people projects and initiatives in various areas

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human resources, business or relevant field
  • 6 to 8 years of professional HR experience with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in a similar role or as a HR Business Partner
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic projects throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way
  • Be ppen-minded, eager to learn and try out new things
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of an organization
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and HR tools
