• Support generation of knowledge in a research and analysis for a cardiovascular project
• Create and manage international primary research, provide conclusions and recommendations and analyze and interpret secondary market research
• Provide market and customer insights and integrate learnings to support brand team and other interested parties
• Coordinate conclusions and lead activation of insight with brand team and other team members
• Support brand planning and situational analysis, provide analyses of already available as well as newly generated data
• Identify market research information needs and support the development of marketing plans in alignment with global brand plan, track and manage project financials and adjust plan to evolving needs within aligned budgets
• Supervise agencies and vendors in line with overall vendor strategy and ensure compliance with Bayer AG market research guidelines as well as global and local compliance policies
Requirements
• University degree in fields such as economics, business administration, statistics, psychology, life sciences, public health or equivalent
• Long-term market research experience in secondary and primary market research in the pharmaceutical industry
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and experience in multiple therapeutic areas, ideally experience in the cardiovascular category
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, second and third language would be a plus
• Working experience in an international environment
• Ability to lead and coordinate projects through international and matrix enviorement
• Excellent analysis and synthesis skills and ability to draw conclusions from research and analytics as well as solid knowledge or market research methodologies
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as intercultural sensitivity along with the ability to influence managers at all levels as well as market research suppliers/consultants
