- Microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process controls, buffers and final products by means of endotoxin or pyrogen testing, respectively.
- Production and release of culture media
- Performance of microbial purity tests on water samples, in-process controls, buffers and end products
- Documentation, evaluation and, if necessary, error analysis of the tests performed
- Collaboration in ensuring GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules, e.g. by means of preparation of SOPs
- Qualification, maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment
- General tasks for laboratory and office organization
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician, BTA, CTA, MTA, or Bachelor of Science degree
- Good practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of microbiology
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good computer skills Microsoft Office
- Precise and conscientious way of working
- High level of commitment, reliability and sense of responsibility
