For this role we are working with a rapidly growing MENAT focused Venture Builder, looking to build next generation teams pro problem-solvers.
Our venture leads are world-class business leaders and strategists with a strong background in building startups involving digital technology. They define the field of opportunities and the scope of their venture.
In this digital architect role, you will serve as a corporate strategistdetermining how venture will grow and disrupt industries and developing operative blueprints by designing the marketing, pricing, and operational structures needed to commercialize new products and businesses. You’ll become an innovator who manages venture through their entire life cycle, and running new business in the market.
We are looking for individuals with experience in strategy development, business planning, and product development, with rapid prototyping skillset. Our venture leads are also able to work in high-pressure startup environments and dedicate themselves fully to the role. You must be someone who pays strong attention to detail and has the confidence and expertise to make pivotal decisions.
As aVenture Lead you will:Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutionsWork with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeysProvide insights into product, technology and market trendsDevelop feature lists, user stories, and roadmapsGather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testingBe a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasibleMonitor and report on product KPIsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutionsAssist with the development of business cases and operating plansDevelop materials to communicate progress to partners and clientsAssist in the development of new business proposals
Successful Venture Lead possess:Min 5 years experience as a Business Lead/ Product Manager in a startup environmentA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical or business disciplineAn MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industriesA demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will loveWorking knowledge of agile development methodologiesExperience launching multiple digital productsAn ability to think strategically and creativelySuperior interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-demanding and service-oriented environmentThe capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solvingA diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuitionThe ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communicationThe capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solvingA diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive levelExcellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsThe ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
