The RoleOur team’s vision is to enable the agile commercial model in life sciences. As the Senior Manager of Operations, you will ensure scaling our highly growing base data operations teams. Your team is a key success factor for the organization.You will lead a remote team of team leaders who manage the curation of thousands of expert profiles each week. Your job is to drive efficiency by optimizing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing teams. The high-quality scientific expert profiles your team builds are the heart of our Veeva Link for Therapeutic Areas product that helps pharma customers enhance collaboration with experts from the industry.Your role is to promote a positive and rewarding team culture that is detail-oriented and strives for excellence when it comes to data quality. You should enjoy leading people, growing individuals, and scaling multiple teams. Requirements
- Bachelors and above degree in business studies, international management, supply chain, engineering, or life sciences
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments in operations, business development, or closely related departments (optimally in high growth startups, technology, investment banking, or consulting)
- Highly organized, structured way of working and focus on data quality and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Data-driven decision making and analytics
- Comfortable working with large teams
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
Nice to Have
- Master Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical, medical
- SQL Knowledge
- Experience in managing remote teams
