The firm continues its steady growth and we are now looking for a Senior Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager to join the Paid and Organic Social Media Team at our Berlin headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of our paid social media user acquisition activities for multiply brands and countries, including profitable growth as well as optimization plans.
- Planning, executing, reporting and measuring experiments, conversion tests and performance, based on predefined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ensuring that our marketing efforts are continuously tracked and create ongoing analysis and reports.
- Identifying new target segments to drive business growth.
- Being actively involved in various internal projects related to tracking and analytics, campaigns’ automation, A/B testing, etc.
- Cooperating closely with different stakeholders within the organization including but not limited to Tech amp; Product, BI, Strategy amp; Analytics, Creative teams.
- Performing research on current digital trends and audience preferences.
Requirements
- Passion for digital/social marketing and hunger to keep up to date with new product developments and news on best practices within existing and emerging platforms.
- Minimum 3+ years of in-depth professional experience with the advertising interfaces of Facebook amp; Instagram (Business Manager, Smartly) as well as other channels such as Snapchat and TikTok.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations.
- Excellent technical understanding of mobile and web tracking, as well as attribution models and experience in monitoring and reporting using suitable tools ( Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, )
- Track record of managing, launching, and delivering ROI-based marketing programs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership while still being a team player who is always ready to help others.
- Dedicated, organized, and easy to adapt to new situations.
